We had a customer call about her dryer kicking off and having a warning. Because dryer vents are out of sight, we tend not to think about them. Luckily she had a dryer that had a sensor that would stop the dryer when there wasn’t enough air flow able to pass through the pipe. When we arrived we discovered that there was, in fact a blockage by scoping it out with a special camera. We used specialty tools to clear the blockage and clean the vent out. Once we hooked everything back together, the dryer ran like it was supposed to. The customer called a week later just to inform us that the dryer was working great and her clothes were taking less time than ever before to get dry!
