Dryer vent cleaning is crucial, as one customer called about her dryer shutting off with a warning. Since dryer vents are out of sight, we often overlook them. Fortunately, her dryer had a sensor that stopped the machine when airflow through the vent was restricted. When we arrived we discovered that there was, in fact a blockage by scoping it out with a special camera. We used specialty tools to clear the blockage and clean the vent out. Once we hooked everything back together, the dryer ran like it was supposed to. The customer called a week later just to inform us that the dryer was working great and her clothes were taking less time than ever before to get dry!
